The short version

Our apps keep your information on your device. We don’t sell personal information, show ads, or use third-party tracking in our apps.

Information in our apps

Things you enter in an app, such as rosters, lesson logs, recordings, photos and settings, are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to us. If you use a share or export feature, the file goes wherever you choose to send it.

Some apps ask for microphone or camera access to provide a feature such as a tuner or a voice memo. Audio and video are processed on your device and saved only if you choose to save them.

If an app offers purchases, payment is handled by Apple or Google. We receive no card details.

Information on this website

If you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter so we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed for that conversation and any project that follows. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

Children

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Information entered in an app stays on the device.

Your choices

Deleting an app removes the information it stored on your device. To ask about or delete anything you sent us through this website, email hello@subtonellc.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change too.
